4a. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete and truthful information throughout the application process. ReloYaY! accepts the liability for delays, rejections or complications arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client or their representatives.
4b. Service Fees & Refund Policy
Initial eligibility checks and consultations are provided free of charge. Service fees where applicable will be communicated transparently prior to commencement of paid services. Refund terms are outlined in your individual service agreement. ReloYaY! does not charge upfront fees before a formal service agreement is signed.
4c. University Admissions & Visa Outcomes
ReloYaY facilitates and supports the application process but cannot guarantee admission offers or visa approvals. All admission decisions are made independently by universities. All visa decisions are made independently by UK Visas and Immigration. We are not responsible for changes in university entry requirements, visa regulations or immigration policies.
4d. Client Documents & Data
Documents submitted to ReloYaY! including academic certificates, financial statements and identification are used solely for the purpose of processing your application. Documents are handled confidentially and shared only with relevant institutions with your consent. We comply with applicable Nigerian data protection regulations under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
